Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, read on to find out how you can return your order:

 

CONDITIONS

Please make sure that you meet the return conditions, otherwise we will be unable to accept your returned item. Items that are not returned in line with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

You can return an item within fourteen days of receiving your order.

Please make sure that all returned items are sent in perfect condition, unused, and with all the HUMANOID labels still attached.

Items bought from the webshop cannot be exchanged in other stores.

If any information is missing, this may cause a delay in processing your returned item. 

HUMANOID is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of returned items.

The conditions of return also apply to SALE items (excluding FLASH sale articles).

 

RETURNS EUROPE

Customers in Europe can fill in the reason for returning the purchase on the return form included in the package and add it to your return package. 

 

Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg can return items free of charge via a DPD Pickup Parcelshop. You can stick the attached address label over the old label of the package. We advise you to ask for a proof of delivery.

 

Other customers from Europe may ship their return items with a carrier of choice. We advise you to ask for a delivery certificate. The costs for returning orders are borne by the customer. 

 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when we have received your return.

 

 

RETURNS OUTSIDE EUROPE

The costs for returning orders are borne by the customer. Please keep in mind this includes taxes and duties.

Please follow the steps below to return an item: 

Step 1. – Log into your account page on www.shophumanoid.com/account

Step 2. – Go to 'My orders' and select the order you'd like to return. Then click VIEW/RETURN.

Step 3. – Select the items you'd like to return and state your reason for returning them.

Step 4. – Print the returns form and the 'Export Invoice for Returned Goods' file and send these along with the items you wish to return (in the original packaging). Only unused items with the tags intact will be accepted. Please hand the 'Export Invoice for Returned Goods' to your chosen carrier separately.

Step 5. – Cover the address label on the package. 

Step 6. – Make sure the package is securely sealed and returned to us within 14 days.

Step 7. – Schedule a pick-up appointment with your carrier of choice to return your package.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when we have received your return. 

 

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items through the webshop. However, you can reorder items to make sure they are shipped to you as quickly as possible.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

An item is classed as faulty or damaged if it is already faulty or damaged when you receive it. In that case, it can be returned and the cost of the item will be refunded. Please specify what is wrong with the item when returning the item. The customer service team will do everything it can to find an appropriate solution.

 

REFUNDS

Your returned item will be processed within one to five working days after we have received it. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail about this. De Nederlandse e-warehousing takes care of returns.

 

You will receive your refund within 14 working days after we have received your returned items. It may take a few more working days for your bank to process this transaction. The amount is always refunded to the same account that was used for the payment.

 

RETURNING A PURCHASE PAID FOR WITH A GIFT VOUCHER OR STORE CREDIT

Return Policy

For the return of items purchased with a gift voucher or store credit, the general return policy applies.

 

Refund Process

Within 1 to 5 business days of receiving your return, the return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email for this. The handling of returns is managed by Dutch e-warehousing.

 

Within 14 business days of receiving the return, you will receive a new gift voucher or store credit from our customer care team, equivalent to the purchase amount of the returned item.
