RETURN POLICY

 

We aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. Follow the guidelines below to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all HUMANOID tags attached.
  • Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in physical stores.
  • Ensure all required information is included; missing details may cause delays.
  • HUMANOID is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of returned items.
  • Return conditions also apply to SALE items.

RETURNS WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS

  1. Fill out the reason for return on the return form and include it in the return package.
  2. Choose a courier of your choice and request proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  3. Send the package to:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of handling.

 


RETURNS WITHIN EUROPE

  1. Complete the return form and include it in your return package.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPE

  1. Log in to your account via www.shophumanoid.com/nl/account.
  2. Go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to return. Click on VIEW/RETURN.
  3. Select the items and provide the reason for return.
  4. Print the return form and the Export Invoice for Returned Goods. Include these documents in your return shipment.
  5. Ensure the package is well-sealed and all old address labels are covered.
  6. Schedule a pickup with a courier of your choice.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return.

 


EXCHANGES

 

Exchanges via the webshop are not possible. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order.

 


DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If your item is damaged upon receipt, it can be returned, and the purchase amount will be refunded. Indicate this on the return form and contact our customer service team for a suitable solution.

 


REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after processing to the same account used for payment.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
