WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY?

• Orders are delivered free of charge to customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg if they opt for delivery to a DPD Pickup parcel shop or if their order totals €200 or more. If the value of their order is less than €200, customers will be charged €4 for shipment. 

• Orders are delivered free of charge to customers who live in the EU, but who live outside the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, or Luxembourg, when they place an order totalling €200 or more. Customers living in the EU who live outside the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, or Luxembourg and who place an order totalling less than €200 are charged the following: view table here

• Orders are delivered free of charge to customers living outside the EU if their order totals €500 or more. Customers living outside the EU who place an order totalling less than €500 are charged the following: 
€25.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

You can have your webshop order delivered in various ways and at various times:

 

• DPD PICKUP PARCEL SHOP
(Benelux and Germany)

If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a DPD Pickup parcel shop, your order is shipped free of charge. All Pickup parcel shops are open on Saturdays and most of the shops are open six days a week. DPD has 1,500 Pickup parcel shops in the Benelux so there is bound to be one near you. This free service only applies to orders made by customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg. Find your nearest 
DPD Pickup parcel shop.

 

You will be sent an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel with the tracking number provided in this e-mail. You can also track your parcel via your account page.

Your parcel will be held at the parcel shop for a week before being returned to the sender. You will need to take proof of identity with you when you go to collect your parcel. 
DPD will always ask you to sign for receipt of the parcel.

• DPD DELIVERIES
(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Slovakia)

Benelux: Next-day delivery for orders placed by 3:00 PM on Monday to Friday. Delivery on Tuesday for orders placed by 10:00 PM on Sunday.

 

EU: Orders placed by 3:00 PM on Monday to Friday are delivered within one to five days. See this overview for a complete list of delivery times. These delivery times provide an indication only and are based on average figures. Delivery times for islands may be one to two days longer.

 

You will be sent an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel with the tracking number provided in this e-mail. You can also track your parcel via your account page.

 

If the recipient is not at home, the driver will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour. 
If this is not possible, the parcel will be taken to the nearest parcel shop and a card informing the recipient about this will be posted through their letterbox.

Your parcel will be held at the parcel shop for a week before being returned to the sender. You will need to take proof of identity with you when you go to collect your parcel. 

DPD will always ask you to sign for receipt of the parcel.

• UPS DELIVERIES
(Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and USA)

EU: Orders placed by 3:00 PM on Monday to Saturday are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. See the list of delivery times in days here

 

Canada/USA: Orders placed by 3:00 PM on Monday to Saturday are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. 

 

Australia: Orders placed by 3:00 PM on Monday to Saturday are delivered within 2 to 6 working days. 

 

You will be sent an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel with the tracking number provided in this e-mail. You can also track your parcel via your account page.

 

If you are not at home the first time, UPS will send the parcel to a UPS Access point. You can find your nearest location here. The parcel will be held here for ten days before being returned.

 

You will always need to sign for receipt of the parcel.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once you have placed your order, you can unfortunately no longer change your delivery address. For future orders, go to your account to change your personal details. 

 

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG ORDER?

In this case please enter in contact with our customer service so we can solve this problem for you.

 

IS MY ORDER VAT-FREE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?

Prices for customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT. You may however be charged import duty or local taxes on the items you purchase. This amounts to 12% to 14% of the total cost (including shipment costs) and must be paid to the delivery driver.  Orders under the €600,00 (or a total that is not higher than $800,-) to the USA are free from import duties.

 

If you refuse to accept the delivery, then you, as the customer, are responsible for all associated costs. Import duties and local taxes are handled and set by the local customs authorities and fall outside the responsibility of HUMANOID.

 

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOM DUTIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?

Prices for countries outside EU are VAT-free. You can be charged with import duties or local sales taxes. The amount is approx. 12%-14% of the total amount including shipping costs, and will be collected by the UPS driver. Orders under the €600,00 (or a total that is not higher than $800,-) to the USA are free from import duties.

 

If a delivery is rejected by the customer, the customer is responsible for any costs made. Import duties and local taxes are handled and determined by local custom authorities, HUMANOID is not responsible for this.

 

The rules for importing goods may vary per country.

 

In case of returns, webshop HUMANOID cannot return the import duties and local taxes, as they are collected by the local customs.
