After we receive your order we send a confirmation e-mail. When you receive this e-mail, we have received your order in good order.

The order will also appear on your account page. In case the payment failed, you will also find a payment link on the account page.

Orders with only HUMANOID items that are ordered and paid on workdays before 3 pm will be shipped the same day.

Orders with items from other brands will be shipped within 1-3 workdays.

You will receive a track&trace number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also follow the shipment on your account page.

Shipments and returns are handled by De Nederlandse e-warehousing (+31 (0) 316 582100 | shipments@shophumanoid.com).

UPS delivers orders on workdays. The estimated delivery time will be displayed in the shoppingbag.

Most shipments within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany arrive the next workday after shipment. The exact delivery time is displayed in the shoppingbag.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Returns are possible within 14 days after delivery, please follow the steps:

 

APPLY YOUR RETURN:
Log in to your account page and go to the ORDERS section. Select the order and click ADD RETURN.

 

Select the articles and the number of articles you want to return.

 

Choose UPS or other carrier (customers outside Europe please choose UPS).

 

Click on ADD PICK UP to arrange a pick-up with UPS.

 

Print your returnform. Page 1 goes in the box, on this page you will also find the shippingcosts. These costs are on expense of the customer and will be deducted.

 

The 2nd page contains the UPS barcode and/or the address label. You can stick it to the outside of the box or envelop.

 

Customers paying with mistercash please fill in additional info: IBAN number | SWIFT code | Name Bank | Place Bank.

 

Customers outside EU will also receive an "Export invoice for returned goods", which will automatically be added to your returnform, please hand these over to the UPS driver.

 

ABOUT THE PICK-UP WITH UPS:
You can have the parcel picked up at your home or at another address. Arrange or view the pick-up on your account page. Or call UPS customer service (www.ups.com)

 

When you have choosen to ship with another carrier, arrange the shipment with trackingnumber.

 

If you want to cancel or change the pick-up, please contact UPS customer service (www.ups.com)

 

When you are shipping from outside EU, please ship with UPS and print the requested return forms, these will include the EXPORT INVOICE FOR RETURNED GOODS(3x) which you can hand over to the UPS driver.

 

YOU ARE DONE! WE DO THE REST:
Within 3 workingdays after receiving your returned goods, we will process the return, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

Returns are handled by De Nederlandse e-warehousing (+31 316 582100 | shipments@shophumanoid.com).

 

We will refund the money within 3 workdays after receiving your return. When the money is refunded by us you will receive a second confirmation email. After that it can take a few days before the transaction is completed by the bank. We will always refund the money to the same bankaccount or creditcard as which you paid with.

 

THESE ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS:
Returning items is possible within the approval period of 14 days.

 

Returning articles occurs at the customers expense, the UPS costs are mentioned on the returnform, other shipmentcosts are paid by the customer.

 

With the UPS trackingnumber you can check when the parcel has arrived at our warehouse.

 

When you choose to ship with another carrier, please send with trackingnumber.

 

Items bought in the webshop cannot be exchanged or returned at the shops.

 

The return conditions are valid for sale items as well.

 

The articles much reach us in perfect condition and with all labels still attached, otherwise we will not refund the amount.

 

Please follow the return procedure, otherwise your returns cannot be accepted or delayed.

 

HUMANOID is not responsible for any damage, loss of theft of the returned goods.

 

In case of returns from outside European Union; HUMANOID will not refund international duties and taxes.

 

For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

 

EXCHANGE:

Do you wish to change an article for another size or color?

 

You can return the wrong article within 14 days, with the normal return procedure.

 

Please place the new order as usual, but skip the actual payment (click away the pop-up screen).

 

Exchanges of same articles are free of charge. You don't have to pay for this new order, so in case shippingcosts are mentioned, they will not be charged. (only when you send back by UPS)

 

Write in the comments section on the returnform that it is an exchange, mention the new Order ID,

 

SEND AN EMAIL to shipments@shophumanoid.com in which you mention the return ID and the new order ID.

 

When we receive the return, we will ship the new order.

orders outside EU

Customers outside EU please note:

Measure over the fullest parts of the bust across the shoulder blades.
