Since the outbreak, our staff and teams work primarily from home, trying to find a balance between family life and work. With regular check-ins we’re making sure that we keep each other motivated and support each other where possible. This way we uphold the quality and service that you are accustomed to.
At HUMANOID we take pride in the fact that every choice we make in the creation of our products is a conscious one, respectful of origin, maker and wearer. In the current climate this means that our suppliers comply with their local legislation to minimize health and safety risks. Our thoughts go out to all the workers and their families, hoping that they stay safe and healthy.
Currently our warehouse is still fully operational with increased security measures. These measures involve temperature checks for all employees, increased hygiene measures and protective gear such as plastic gloves. Communal lunches are now separated and alternated to further insure everyone’s health and safety.
In addition to the government's guidelines, we have decided to reduce potential health risks and partially open our store. If you are interested, we still offer private shopping & styling sessions, send out personal orders and of course: offer a listening ear. This way we can help you stay safe on an individual base.

Shipping & returns
We offer free shipping within the EU for the months of March, April and May. The return period for France and Austria is temporarily extended to 60 days due to the closing of the DPD parcel shops.
